iSmithers, the information business within Smithers Rapra, has joined an eight-strong consortium that will produce a 'REACH Toolkit' to aid the European polymer industry in its implementation of REACH. REACH for Polymers, a 30-month project funded by LIFE+, the Financial Instrument for the Environment, is developing the toolkit to guide the user through the entire process, from understanding individual requirements all the way through to which tests to perform, registration and best practice.
