Elastochemie Impex Pvt. Ltd was founded in 1989 by late Anil Sampat, the doyen of Indian rubber industry. The family and Group companies have been involved in the rubber industry since 1943. Anil Sampat's father, late Krishnadas Val-labhdas Sampat, was a part of the team that founded the Company. It was followed by the formation of the All India Rubber Industries Association(AIRIA) which pioneered the growth of the rubber industry.
