摘要

The technological process monitoring systems (TPMSs) [1, 2] are generally used to ensure the proper functioning of the automated machine tools with the specified output quality parameters. The monitoring system is a combination of the methods and means that make it possible to perform continuous observations and measurements. The system uses the evaluative procedures of the identification and analysis of the current condition, recognition of the special situations, short-term and long-term prediction, and the automated making of the operative and tactical decisions [3]. The monitoring system implements the concept of the servicing of the technological equipment on the basis of its condition as the most economic and effective method of operation. In organizing the TPMS for grinding the bearing components at OAO Saratov Bearing Plant (SBP), we have considered a large complex of parameters - including the parameters of the machine tools and the technological process (TP) and the quality of the bearing components in both the prelirninarv and finishing operations.
