As senior project manager for the 100-year-old Scottish Agricultural Organization Society, Bob Yuill works with 80 member cooperatives that have combined annual sales of 2.8 billion dollar, accounting for well more than half of Scotland's annual 4 billion dollar in total ag sales. His job is to ensure that the Society meets its purpose: "To strengthen the profitability, competitiveness and sustain-ability of Scotland's farming, food and related rural industries and communities through the development of cooperation and joint activity."
