Technical risk management alone is not sufficient to eliminate all third-party liability in manufacturing companies. In addition to technical safety measures, a coherent management approach is required to prevent liability for accidents at workand an assignment. And much greater vigilance is required as special regulations are introduced attributing responsibility without direct fault, in connection with defective products and environmental damage. Mare than ever before, the control ofmanufacturing risk requires for a combined legal and organizational approach.
