We developed a mathematical model of machine capacity that can be used at multitool cutting of aircraft engine parts on a rotary multispindle automatic machine. We suggest a method that uses the common kinematic parameter that makes it possible to reduce the optimization problem dimension. We also present an algorithm and an example of searching for optimal multitool cutting conditions using a capacity criterion.
