Particular features of the coastal dune evolution on the islands of the northwestern part of the Pacific Ocean and the Vietnam shelf and on the Seychelles Islands in the course of the Pleistocene-Holocene climatic changes and related transgressive-regressive cycles are revealed.The ages of the different coastal dune generations and the sources of the matter supply are established and the factors controlling their dynamics and evolution on accumulative and abrasive coasts are analyzed.The role of the amplitude and duration of the regressive sea level position at different stages of the Middle and Late Holocene in the development of eolian sedimentation environments is demonstrated.
