Now that harvest has finished we should be thinking about getting the trees in peak condition to weather the winter months. If you managed, you would have pruned and fed the trees as soon after stripping them of their olives as you could. It is important that they get a chance to build carbohydrate reserves for the colder months as quickly as possible. This will ensure they get a good start to the summer.
