摘要

In ringed and etiolated shoots of Jackfruit maximum rooting was observed with ferulic acid (FA) 1000 ppm + IBA 5000 ppm during the month of June (94.9%) and September (94.2%) but ethrel 1000 ppm + IBA 5000 ppm gave highest rooting percentage in the month of July (95.8%) as against 62.5, 56.3 and 66.4% in untreated control respectively. Root number, root length and survival percentage were more in layers treated with p-hydroxybenzoic acid (PHB) 1000 ppm + IBA 5000 ppm, ethrel 1000 ppm and FA 1000 ppm+ IBA 5000 ppm respectively.
