摘要

The hot accumulative roll bonding (ARB) process was applied on sheets of an Al-Mg alloy for up to six cycles. The electron backscattering diffraction (EBSD) method was employed to investigate the microtextural aspects of the starting material and the ARBed samples. The results indicate that the presence of shear bands changes the components of the microtexture. At the fourth and sixth cycles, the overall microtexture intensity increases and the main microtextural components are copper, Dillamore, Goss, and brass.
