Vienco Ltd.(Aberdeen,Scotland) and AGT Energy (Bradford,England) have announced that they formed a new jointly owned company,OilFlow Solutions Ltd. The joint venture partners say they believe that by working together through this new company,they will have the potential to revolutionize the production and transportation of heavy oil and waxy crudes,an international market they contend is valued at us6 trillion.
