Underwater security equipment for the surveillance of waters surrounding coastal facilities and high value assets has received little attention in the past.Technological advances in recent years and the commercial availability of equpment which can increase the effectiveness of an underwater threat (stealth breathing apparatus,diver delivery vehicles,etc) have focused more attention on the need for coastal underwater security systems and equipment.
