(NRC), including its subsidiaries NRC Environmental Services and SEACOR Response, from SEACOR Holdings Inc. (Fort Lauderdale, Florida).The acquisition was scheduled to be finalized in about 30 days, depending on closing conditions. National Response Corp. has approximately 540 employees.
