摘要

Corresponding to the phases of flowering in cashew, the phases of harvest can also be divided into three, viz., early, mid and late. The mid crop recorded the highest nut and kernel weight, while shelling percentage obtained was highest in the nuts of early harvest. The late season crop recorded the highest white whole recovery and the minimum kernel pieces. The nuts of early and mid harvest were superior in terms of nutritive value of the kernels.
