摘要

Insecticides viz., endosulfan 0.07%, quinalphos 0,07%, monocrotophos 0.05%, malathion 0,15%, phosalone 0.07%, dimethoate 0.05%, phosphamidon 0.01 along with synthetic pyrethroid (fenvalerate 0.01%) and chitin inhibitors (diflubenzuron 0.05%, diflubenzuron 0.05% plus endosulfan 0.07%) were evaluated against cashew shoot and blossom webber under field conditions. Two sprays were given in the months of September and February respectively. The synthetic pyrithroid Fenvalerate 0.01% had given highest reduction in larval population over the control (91.06%) followed by monocrotophos 0.07% (83.83%), diflubenzuron 0.05%+ endosulfan 0.07% (79.97%) and malathion 0.15% (77,18%). Among the combination treatment diflubenzuran 0.05% plus endosulfan 0.07% was found to be effective.
