RBR Ltd.(Ottawa,Canada)recently announced a collaborative agreement with the Marine Hydrophysical Institute in Sebastopol,Ukraine.RBR reports that through the Science and Technology Center in Ukraine,the agreement was brokered for the transfer of ideas and concepts of a thermal profiler based on a novel sensor that uses Walsh transforms to accurately position the source of temperature changes along a special cable.
