Civil engineering encompasses many diverse disciplines to meet the needs and demands of society.One such discipline is marine facility engineering.As engineers certified in commercial diving,engineer divers have the opportunity to apply their engineering knowledge in the underwater environment and to assist owners in managing their facilities both above and below the waterline.
