摘要

Mesostructured silica and titania thin films were considered as sensitive layers to achieve ethanol and toluene Love wave sensors. The sensitivities were normalized according to the specific surface areas and the volumes of the considered films to study the influence of the pore size distribution on the sensitivity. The designed detection platforms have shown a high sensitivity to both compounds with SiO_2, higher than 300 MHz·m~(-2), about three times the sensitivity recorded in TiO_2.
