Every day of the year at least one worker in the UK suffers serious, often life-changing, injuries as a result of an incident involving a fork lift truck. In fact, according to statistics released by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), 24% of all workplace transport injuries in the UK are fork truck related, mainly due to operator error.
