摘要

A web-based germplasm accession system using the Goan cashew germplasm has been developed considering the cashew breeder's preferences in selecting one's own choice from germplasm collections. Data generated under the Ad-hoc project on "Collection ofcashew germplasm in Goa and establishment of germplasm bank" has been used and the yield and yield attributes viz., nut weight, apple weight, number of nuts per panicle, shelling percentage, kernel weight and flowering intensity were included for developing the cashew germplasm selector. Presently the program is available on http: / /icargoa.res.in/cashew.
