Tahera Corp., Toronto, has signed a letter of understanding with Kennecott Canada Exploration Inc., Vancouver, that outlines terms and conditions under which Tahera's Jericho claims, about 420 kms northeast of Yellowknife, NWT, may be incorporated into the existing joint venture between the two companies.Kennecott, a member of the Rio Tinto Group of companies, is the operator of the existing joint venture under which Kennecott can earn a 62.5 percent interest in Tahera's Rockinghorse mine in Nunavut, 120 km northwest of the Jehrico claims and Hood River properties in Nunavut, 100 km. north of the Jehrico claims, by funding all costs on discoveries up to and including a production decision.
