DURING my recent visit to New Delhi I met Mr. Manoj Arora at their modern R&D center and spoke in detail about various aspects of fragrance & flavour (F&F) industry. It was a nice opportunity to get the insight on this exciting niche industry which plays a silent but pivotal role in FMCG industry and our day to day life. It was an exhilarating experience to know the industry from an expert who has struggled hard for 3 decades to create a special position in global arena as an Indian creative house.
