Where does a standards professional go to find best practices and common language for defining standards development documentation? How does a newcomer to standards, charged with starting a new standards development program “kickstart” their organization towards early success? Where do seasoned standards professionals gather among peers to discuss and refine the fundamental aspects of standards development, to exchange wisdom, and to work on new, forward- looking projects that benefit all standards professionals? How does SES-The Society for Standards Professionals interface with ANSI as an Accredited Standards Developer (ASD)? The answers lie within the SES Standards Committee, the research and development arm of the SES Technical Council.
