摘要

Forecaster's approach to assessing the availability of supply to meet the future demand has been to view each country's supply sector, its export infrastructure and likely future developments. These have been split by region as much as possible, and roughly follow the structure of the short-term Forecasters, so we start by looking at suppliers to the Atlantic market and then move onto the Pacific Rim. Russia, which has easy access into both markets, is assessed in the Atlantic section.
