Market demand for new terminals continues to escalate II across Asia, India, the Middle East and Brazil. Airports in other regions are more focused on retrofitting and modernising existing facilities and infrastructure to save on operational expenses, while optimising every useable square foot to maximise revenue. By applying time-tested lessons, designers can integrate design strategies that reduce energy use, increase operational efficiency, deliver passenger satisfaction and optimise long-term value in both new and retrofit projects.
