Think you've seen everything when it comes to CVH tuning? Well think again, because this RS1600i race car pictured here dismisses that notion in an instant! The German Mk{sub}3 Escort, belonging to a man who answers only to Futzemann, runs a 16v 1600cc CVH engine. Not a Zetec, not a ZVH or a Cetec, or any other form of hybrid. This is a genuine 16v, twin-cam CVH engine and it's fair to say it's a bit rare. So rare in fact that it's actually the first one we've ever seen in the flesh, and according to the people in the know, it's one of only three conversions left anywhere in the world.
