摘要

Administration of thioctic acid in doses of 35 and 70 mg/kg into rats under conditions of chronic alcohol intoxication resulted in the concentration of reduced glutathione and the activities of glutathione peroxidase, glutathione reductase, NADP-isocitrate dehydrogenase, and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase in rat heart approaching the control levels. The obtained data provided deeper insight into the molecular mechanisms of thioctic acid action and a basis for further research aimed at expanding the range of indications for use of thioctic acid.
