As is known, lipids belonging to various classes are the main components of membranes in the living cell. Each lipid is composed of a set of molecules of several types with different combinations of fatty acid residues. The properties of various membranes are determined both by the particular composition of these fatty acids and by the relative content of the base molecules of various types [1]. The specific composition of glycerophospholipids is most exhaustively studied for the storage organs of plants in vivo, where the content of lipids of this group is usually higher by one order of magnitude than in hydrated tissues. Investigations of the composition of these lipids in the somatic cells of plants are still rare [2].
