The global energy scene is set to become even more convoluted than it has been of late,writes Mojgan Djamarani.There are two tendencies that are likely to become increasingly pronounced.One is the rise of resource nationalism and the other is the formation of energy-security blocks.Both of these trends are borne out of the US strategy for global energy dominance that has produced adverse results inimical to its own national interest.
