The UK Industry Taskforce on Peak Oil and Energy Security has published its second report into 'the oil crunch' - the predicted peak oil era which could hit the UK in as little as five years' time.The second report, launched last month in London, finds that oil shortages, insecurity of supply and price volatility will destabilise economic, political and social activity potentially by 2015.
