Chemicals management is part of a five-point children's environmental health agenda at EPA, according to a senior adviser to Administrator Lisa Jackson. Peter Grevatt, senior adviser for children's health, outlined an "ambitious agenda" for the Children's Health Protection Advisory Committee (CHPAC) on July 21 at one of the group's semi-annual meetings, in Washington, D.C., aiming to share a summary of conversations he has had with the administrator regarding "a high level direction" for children's environmental health at EPA.
