On Oct. 29 (73 FR 64320), EPA issued a notice announcing that Fuller System, Inc., Woburn, Mass., has requested the voluntary cancellation of the registration for its Fulex Nicotine Fumigator product containing the pesticide nicotine. This request would terminate nicotine use on greenhouse-grown ornamentals, such as poinsettia, chrysanthemum and bedding plants, for the control of aphids, thrips and whiteflies. The request would also cancel the last nicotine product registered for use in the U.S.
