With the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals' decision last month to not reconsider its previous ruling that legal challenges to pesticide reregistration decisions made by EPA after a public hearing must be filed in a federal court of appeal within 60 days, nongovernmental groups moved in late April to dismiss four related cases that had been on hold, pending the 9th Circuit's final ruling.
