In the Sept.21 Federal Register (70 FR 55326),EPA issued a proposal to amend an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance in xi180.1250 for residues of the C_8,C_(10) and C_(12) straight-chain fatty acid monoesters of glycerol and propylene glycol on all food commodities when applied/used for both pre-harvest and post-harvest purposes.
