On Nov. 28 (73 FR 72478), EPA issued a notice announcing that the agency has received an application from Mycogen Seeds, c/o Dow AgroSciences LLC, requesting an experimental use permit for use of the following plant incorporated protectants: Bacillus thuringiensis Cry 1 A. 105 protein and the genetic material necessary for its production (vector PV-ZMIR245) in MON 89034 corn; Bacillus thuringiensis Cry2Ab protein and the genetic material necessary for its production (vector PV-ZMIR245) in MON 89034 corn; Bacillusthuringiensis Cry3Bbl protein and the genetic material necessary for its production (vector PV-ZMIR39) in MON 88107 corn; Bacillus thuringiensis Cry34Abl and Cry35Ab1 proteins and the genetic material necessary for their production (vector PHP 17662) in Event DAS-59122-7 corn, and Bacillus thuringiensis Cry IF protein and the genetic material necessary for its production (vector PHP8999) in Event TC1507 88107 corn.
