If the year 2010 proves anything, it's that - at least in Washington, D.C. - there is no rest for the weary. Congress is reconvening this year after an exhausting, bruising battle over health care reform to find its banquet-sized plate still very full. Anumber of items on the legislative agenda will involve pesticide and chemical regulation, and stakeholders from across the spectrum are poised to influence the debate.
