Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio), a long-time advocate for organic and family farmers, last week reintroduced comprehensive biotech legislation in response to the Supreme Court's decision on Roundup Ready alfalfa (see article, Page 1). He unsuccessfully introduced similar legislation in 2003 and 2008 (see PTCN Aug. 4, 2008, Page 18).
