A conference hosted last week by international law firm Keller & Heckman(KH)joined an October EPA conference in the overall discussion about the future of nano-scale materials,their uses,and their potential toxicity.A presentation by KH attorney Martha Marrapese Nov.2 laid out the future potential for struggle as businesses come to grips with not only producing nano materials,but also sorting through regulatory language to create a common standard with their competitors that can be used worldwide to conduct business.
