On Feb. 24 (74 FR 8254), EPA issued a notice announcing that an information collection request entitled "TSCA Section 5(a)(2) Significant New Use Rules for Existing Chemicals" has been submitted to OMB for review and clearance. This is a request torenew an existing approved collection that is due to expire March 31.
