An inter-agency battle and plans for a lawsuit will be put on hold in Wisconsin until an herbicide manufacturr decides whether to accept restrictions on aproduct in exchange for a limited sue permit.The brewing battle has found the state's agriculture officials and corn growers on one side and its Department of Natural Resources and environmentalists on the other.
