Scottish Member of the European Parliament Alyn Smith, has invited German Green MEP Hiltrud Breyer — the draftswoman of the EU pesticides package that includes a ban on a wide range of pesticides — to Scotland to meet with farmers to hear and see firsthand the potential impacts of the package.
