FIFRA allows the inclusion of plant health claims like "drought resistant" and "bigger yield" on pesticide labels and, despite concerns raised by some stakeholders about such claims, EPA has not received any information to indicate these concerns are coming to fruition, Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP) Director Debbie Edwards said last week.
