While the American Chemistry Council will continue to push for TSCA reform in the next session of Congress, ACC chief Cal Dooley says the association does not plan to release proposed legislative language. "Having served in Congress for 14 years, I think it would be a little presumptuous of ACC to put out a piece of legislation - that is the appropriate jurisdiction, the responsibility of Congress," Dooley told reporters during a conference call Nov. 17.
