In the July 6 Federal Register (70 FR 38786),EPA issued a final rule amending 180.466 by reestablishing a time-limited tolerance for residues of the insecticide fenpropathrin in or on currants at 15 ppm.The time-limited-tolerance will expire and be revoked June 30,2008.It was issued in connection with the agency's granting of a FIFRA Section 18 emergency exemption authorizing use of the insecticide on currants in Washington to control currant cane borer and currant stem girdler.
