Clarence Davies,of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars,filed his report,"Managing the Effects of Nanotechnology" with the committee.The former Assistant Administrator at EPA and co-author of the plan that created the agency believes regulation is needed now even though little is known of the potential hazards of nanotechnology.
