Leverkusen-Lanxess plans to transfer its Technical Services group function to a separate legal entity and will change to a new worktime and service model on 1 Jan.,the company said.The new subsidiary,pending approval by Lanxess' Central Works Council and the German Mine,Chemical and Power Workers' Union,"is to take on tasks that were previously carried out by external service providers,"noted Ulrich Koemm,member of Lanxess'management board.
