Lehigh Valley- Air Products last week signed a definitive agreement to sell its adhesive and polymer assets to Ashland for $92-million (PCN, 28 Feb 08, p 2). The sale, expected to close by 30 June, includes manufacturing facilities in Elkton, Md., and Piedmont, S.C., and related North American atmospheric emulsions and global pressure sensitive adhesives businesses. About 80 employees will transfer to Ashland upon closing.
