Cleveland- PolyOne Corp. last week completed the acquisition of the assets and operations of Ngai Hing PlastChem Co., the vinyl compounding subsidiary of Ngai Hing Hong Co. Ltd. Included in the sale is the transfer of a manufacturing facility in Dongguan, China. Ngai Hing Hong will hold a 5% interest in the new company PolyOne will establish to conduct its vinyl compound business in Asia.
