Wilmington-Invista said it has entered into an agreement with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Dept. of Justice and other regulatory authorities that resolves violations of environmental requirements dating back to when DuPont owned and operated certain facilities now operated by Invista (PCN, 31 Mar 08, p 1).
