Houston—Enterprise Products Partners has acquired a 300-million-lb/yr isobutylene facility on the Houston Ship Channel for $38.5-million. Acquired out of bankruptcy, the facility which was previously owned by Bigler LP, includes four pressurized spheres for the storage of isobutylene and butanes, as well as 450,000 barrels of storage capacity available for a number of refined products.
